- Located in the Westfield Bank Building at the Big Y Plaza. Plenty of free parking
- Flat screen TVs are located throughout the dental offices

To minimize your wait time on your initial visit to BWS, we encourage you to download the following Registration and optional HIPAA forms and complete them at your convenience before your appointment. Or if you prefer, simply call our office and we’ll promptly mail them to you.
Kids Corner
We strive to be especially sensitive to our youngest patients so they have a positive and fun experience. Parents are welcome to stay with their children, but we also foster independence so the child will feel in control of their visit. We start care around age three with as much or as little actual cleaning as the child can handle and we work on earning their trust for all future visits.

As a courtesy to our patients, our office will estimate and submit dental fees to your insurance company. The patient, however, is responsible for any outstanding charges not covered. Co-payments and deductibles are payable at the time services are rendered.
